Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Put parchment paper or a non-stick baking mat on a baking sheet.
  2. Mix the melted butter and minced garlic together in a small bowl. This garlic butter mixture can also elevate other dishes, like our quick weeknight garlic butter steak bites. Mix well.
  3. Take the crescent roll dough out of the package and cut it into 8 triangles.
Put a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
Starting at the wide end and rolling toward the point, roll up each triangle.
Put the rolled-up crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet, making sure that the point of the dough is tucked under so that it doesn’t unroll while baking.
  4. Use a pastry brush to spread a lot of garlic butter on top of each crescent roll. This savory garlic butter also works wonderfully on air-fried garlic parmesan chicken wings.
If you want, you can add color and flavor by sprinkling chopped parsley on top.
  5. Put the crescent rolls in the oven that has already been heated for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Take the rolls out of the oven and let them cool down a bit before serving.
These rolls taste best when they are warm, when the cheese is still gooey and the garlic butter smells good.
