These garlic butter chicken bites cook quickly in a skillet and finish in a warm garlic sauce.

Ingredients
Measure the ingredients below before you begin. Optional additions are marked in the list.

- Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless 1¼ lbs (20 oz)
- All-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour/cornstarch for GF/Keto) 2 tablespoons
- Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
- Dried basil ½ teaspoon
- Sweet paprika ½ teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter, divided (1 tbsp for cooking, 2 tbsp for sauce) 3 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced 3 cloves
- Freshly chopped parsley 2 tablespoons
How to make it

Get the chicken ready: Use a paper towel to dry off the chicken breasts thoroughly. Slice them into pieces that are 1 inch wide. Put the chicken pieces in a basin with the flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss the chicken around until it is evenly coated.
Warm up the pan: Place a large skillet (cast iron preferred) over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Before you go on, make sure the oil is heated and the butter has melted.
Cook the chicken: Put the seasoned chicken pieces in the skillet in one layer. For around three minutes, do not touch the chicken as it cooks to get a golden crust. Flip the pieces over and heat for another 2 minutes, or until they are gently browned.
Put in the garlic butter sauce: Turn the heat down to medium. Add the rest of the butter (2 tablespoons), minced garlic, and freshly chopped parsley in the skillet. Stir the garlic and chicken every so often for 1 minute, or until the chicken achieves an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the garlic smells good.
Serve and enjoy: Serve the chicken hot with your choice of sides or as an appetizer. Let the chicken sit for 5 minutes before serving to keep the juices and taste inside.
Tips and serving
Cut the chicken evenly so the pieces cook at the same rate. Check the thickest piece for 165°F (74°C).
