Easy BBQ Tortilla Wrap Burger Recipe

So we’re going to start off by putting some barbecue sauce onto a warmed up tortilla shell. We’re also going to put a little bit of ketchup. You’re going to take a spatula and kind of mix those two ingredients together and just kind of cover a lot of the shell in a circular pattern.

What You Need

- Warmed up tortilla shell
- Barbecue sauce
- Ketchup
- Slice of American cheese
- Pre-sliced pickles
- Yellow peppers, thinly sliced (pickled peppers)
- Ground beef, pre-cooked
- Onion powder organic
- Paprika (smoked paprika preferred)
- Pepper
- Pam butter spray
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Bacon bits (or real bacon)
- Real mayonnaise
- Squeezed barlick (garlic)
How to Make It
- Put some barbecue sauce onto a warmed up tortilla shell.
- Add a little bit of ketchup to the tortilla.
- Take a spatula and mix the barbecue sauce and ketchup together, covering a lot of the shell in a circular pattern.

- Add a slice of American cheese.
- Take one pre-sliced pickle, let it drip a little bit, and throw it right on top of the cheese.
- Put one, two, three pickled yellow peppers on there.
- Sprinkle pre-cooked ground beef on top, as much or as little as you want. We’re going to kind of pack this thing today.
- Season the beef with a little sprinkle of onion powder, some paprika, and some pepper.
- Fold the tortilla up: go like this, and then fold it like this, then flip it over.
- Take your air fryer tray and throw the folded tortilla into the bottom of the air fryer. This cooking method is fantastic for getting things crispy, much like our easy crispy air fryer potatoes.
- Take some Pam butter spray and coat the top of the tortilla with the butter spray.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top. This stuff adds a ton of flavor.
- Throw this into the air fryer at 350 degrees for a perfectly cooked wrap. You can also make amazing air-fried garlic parmesan chicken wings using similar air frying techniques.
- While it’s cooking, make the dipping sauce: take some ketchup and put it into a mixing bowl.
- Add some bacon bits (you can use real bacon if you want).
- Squirt a little bit of real mayonnaise in there.
- Add some squeezed barlick.
- Put a little bit of barbecue sauce in this too; it just, I think, sets it off.
- Mix all of this together. This is going to be sauce for the tortilla, or for the wrap burger we just made. Set that to the side.
- After 10 minutes at 350 degrees, pop the wrap out of the air fryer.
- Put it onto a cutting board and cut right down the middle.
