Ground turkey and diced potatoes cook together in a seasoned skillet meal.

Ingredients
Measure the ingredients below before you begin. Optional additions are marked in the list.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3 medium potatoes, diced (yellow or red potatoes recommended)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced (any color)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish (optional)
How to make it

Put the olive oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the diced bell pepper and onions. Sauté the vegetables for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until they are soft.
Add the chopped garlic and let it cook for another minute or until it smells good.
Stir in the diced potatoes and sprinkle in the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and getting that lovely golden color.
Now, push the potato mixture to one side of the skillet. Add the ground turkey to the other side. Cook the turkey for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it’s fully cooked and browned.
Once the turkey is ready, mesh it together with the potato and veggie blend in the skillet. Let it all hang out and mingle for an additional 2-3 minutes so the flavors can really blend.
Take a moment to taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Sometimes a little extra salt or pepper makes all the difference.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if you like! Enjoy every bite!
Tips and serving
