  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Prepare your chicken wings by ensuring they are washed and cleaned (the article suggests using lemon juice for cleaning). Pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, add 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the cleaned chicken wings and mix well to coat.
  4. Sprinkle all the dry seasonings (kitchen seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, curious seasoning, mixed herbs, chicken seasoning, and black pepper) over the wings. Reserve a small amount of this seasoning blend for the sauce later.
  5. Using clean hands, massage all the seasoning thoroughly into the chicken wings, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  6. Optional: For best flavor, let the seasoned chicken wings marinate for at least 20 minutes at room temperature, or covered in the refrigerator for longer.
  7. Prepare your baking tray: line the bottom with foil or parchment paper, place a grill rack on top, and add about 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of the tray to prevent the wings from drying out.
  8. Brush the grill rack generously with olive oil to prevent the chicken wings from sticking.
  9. Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the greased grill rack, making sure they are spaced out to allow for even cooking.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  11. After 30 minutes, remove the tray from the oven. Carefully flip each chicken wing over. Lightly spray or brush the flipped side with a little extra olive oil if desired.
  12. Return the chicken wings to the oven and continue baking for another 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  13. While the wings are baking their second round, prepare the honey hot sauce. In a small pot or saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter over medium heat.
  14. Once the butter is melted, add the hot sauce and stir well.
  15. Add the dark soy sauce and honey to the pot. Mix everything until well combined.
  16. Stir in the reserved small portion of dry seasonings and the optional jerk seasoning. Let the sauce simmer for about 30 seconds, stirring continuously, then remove from heat.

  18. Pour the warm honey hot sauce over the baked chicken wings. Toss gently to ensure all wings are thoroughly coated in the sauce.
  19. Plate the hot chicken wings and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving immediately.
