Eggless Cookie Dough Recipe
Are you a cookie dough lover, but you don’t love eating the raw eggs in the dough?
Well, this recipe is for you. This is an eggless cookie dough recipe, and it tastes just like the real thing.

Why You’ll Love This

So this is like the cookie dough balls that you find in delicious easy no-churn ice cream.
When I was a kid, I would purposely like pull all of the cookie dough balls out and just see that and leave the ice cream.
I’ve loved the cookie dough, but I also I would say a little paranoid about eating raw eggs and so I don’t.
I am one that I will say I never just eat dough like when I’m making cookies.
Ingredients

- butter
- granulated sugar
- brown sugar
- vanilla
- milk
- heat treated flour
- salt
- mini chocolate chips
Instructions

- To start we’re going to just cream the butter and our sugars.
- Cream this together until it’s nice and smooth.
- Now that that is all combined, we’re going to add in the milk and our vanilla extract.
- Again just mix until it’s all nice and smooth and combined.
- And next goes in the flour and salt.
- Dump this.
- Just mix until all combined starts slowly though, so we don’t send flour everywhere.
- And the last thing we’re going to do is just fold in these chocolate chips, perfect for making fudgy double chocolate chip cookies.
Cooking Tips
So we heat treat the flour to kill any bacteria that is in the flour if you look on your flour bags.
It’ll say do not eat raw, so heat treating it makes it so it is not wrong anymore.
You can either heat treat it by putting it in the oven, so you like sprinkle it out on a cookie sheet and put an oven for like five minutes on 350, or just pop it in the microwave for about a minute. This process ensures your dough is safe for eating, just like when you make easy cookies at home.
These will not bake in the oven, okay?
So don’t try to bake them.
There’s no eggs, there’s no baking soda, no baking powder, there’s no leavening ingredients, they will not rise, they will not stay together, they would just melt into a big puddle of goo.
Serving Suggestions
As I’m stirring in these chocolate chips here, go down and comment below and let me know what you’re going to use your cookie dough for.
I mean, I’m all for just diving in with a spoon, but putting this inside of perfectly gooey chocolate chip cookies is actually kind of amazing when you bake it, because this one won’t bake up, so it stays nice and ewy in the middle, or topping like decadent homemade chocolate cheesecakes with it, or putting it onto cupcakes.
So let me know what you’re planning on doing with your cookie dough.
So you can put this into a little container and give it as a gift, or like separate it, just in serving sizes, or you can even roll them into balls, and then put them into a container.
I actually like to roll them into little cookie dough balls like this, and then put them in the fridge, and then put them all into mason jars, and then give them as gifts, a really cute way to give a little treat to somebody that needs a little pick me up.
I mean just build this up real small and put it in your ice cream.
So there you have how to make eggless cookie dough that tastes exactly like real cookie dough.
They’re easy to make, just pull them into your mouth and chow down.
Easy Eggless Cookie Dough Recipe Without Raw Eggs

This easy eggless cookie dough recipe is perfect for anyone who loves the taste of raw cookie dough but wants to avoid eating raw eggs. It tastes just like the cookie dough found in your favorite ice cream, without any of the worries. Made with heat-treated flour for safety, this delicious treat is ready in minutes for a sweet indulgence.
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, heat-treated
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (or regular, to taste)
- **Heat-Treat the Flour:** Before starting, heat-treat your flour. Spread the flour onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes, or microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through. This kills any potential bacteria. Let it cool completely before using.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Once the sugars and butter are well combined and smooth, add in the vanilla extract and milk. Mix again until everything is fully incorporated and smooth.
- Gradually add the cooled, heat-treated flour and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix on low speed initially to avoid sending flour everywhere, then increase speed until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Finally, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Your eggless cookie dough is now ready to enjoy! Serve immediately or store for later.
